All new bidders are required to complete a $1.00 credit card pre-authorisation prior to a password being issued. Please contact McDonald Auctions during business hours 07 3376 0016 to complete this transaction. It is not possible to register and begin bidding immediately.

Your credit card details are used for verification purposes only. McDonald Auctions will only deduct payment if you do not pay for your goods within the designated payment times. All credit card payments will incur a surcharge.

 

COLLECTIONS: Tuesday, 13th January until 4pm, Wednesday, 14th January 8am – 4pm, Thursday, 15th January 8am – 4pm.

POSTAGE: McDonald Auctions are happy to post small items at buyers expense using Australia Post. If postage is required please reply to invoice email asking for postage with your postal address. You will be issued amended invoice with postage applied.

HOW DOES THE AUCTION WORK: The auctions are timed online only auctions. The entire catalogue is auctioned automatically, in order, one lot at a time. When the auction moves to a lot it will pause for a few seconds to see if there are any more bids. If someone bids then there will be another pause for any further bids. Once there have been no bids for a few seconds the lot will be sold and the auction moves on to the next lot.

When can I start bidding: In general, bidding will commence around 48 hours prior to the live auction time. Once pre-bidding has started you can commence placing your absentee bid limits. You can also bid live during the auction.
